RockSpring leadership seeks to embody the heart of Christ through servant leadership—placing the needs of the congregation and the mission of God above all personal interests. Their service is guided by humility, compassion, integrity, and an unwavering devotion to the truth of the Gospel. They are committed to nurturing and empowering others for spiritual growth and faithful ministry. Working closely with the Lead Pastor, RockSpring leaders walk together in prayerful collaboration, maintaining open and continual communication. They faithfully participate in ministry areas such as council meetings, strategic planning, and congregational care. Serving as a vital voice for the RockSpring congregation, they partner with the Korean-speaking congregation (KM) in unity of spirit and purpose, continuing the rich legacy of faith and devotion that has long defined Dallas Central Methodist Church.
